At CNV, we are committed to providing websites that are accessible to all and it is our policy to ensure that everyone, including persons with disabilities, has full and equal access to our product catalog.

Identify Standards.

CNV uses website ADA compliance testing to identify areas of weakness and implement corrections as is reasonable.  CNVCOM LLC provides live telephone support at (800) 365-5113 for customers who require further assistance.

Compatibility

CNV is compatible with most major Internet browsers including Chrome, FireFox, and Safari. However, the site may not perform optimally on Internet Explorer and older browser versions.

Accessibility Coordinator

CNV has appointed a Web Accessibility Coordinator to help meet the objectives in this policy. Distribution

CNV distributes this policy to all personnel who work with web content including writers, editors, designers, and developers.

Consultant

CNV does not use consultants to review its site as we rely on regular machine read tests and user experience feedback.

CNV engages in testing to assess and improve accessibility.

Training

CNV provides training documentation to web content and support service personnel.

Through genuine effort and commitment including testing, evaluations, and remediation, we believe that CNV adheres to best practices for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
